Before forming NOA, Neil enjoyed a successful career in the packaging industry working for multi-national Paper, Print & Plastics businesses, including LINPAC, Alcoa, SCA & Smurfit-Kappa. These were at European Sales Director, Commercial Director & General Manager level.

Leading a national team focussed on winning “blue-chip” customers. Successfully gained and nurtured 9 major FMCG clients. Increased sales by over £10m.

Turned around a business from major losses (-£1m) to profits through a cultural change programme.

Introduced an operational system to drive factory efficiencies & on-going continuous improvement. Increased manufacturing output by £7m over 3 years.
